CACASS held its 4th Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on February 18, 2025, to review 2024’s performance and plan its strategic direction for 2025. The meeting reflected on the organization’s progress, challenges, and exciting plans for the future.
2024 Performance Highlights
In 2024, CACASS Centre made significant strides in its mission to empower women and youth across its service domains. Notably:
- The Master to Thrive and Haki Kwa Kila Dada initiatives reached over 1,000 women, promoting socio-economic empowerment.
- Learning for Life Kenya saw an increase in enrollment, ending the year with 30 active learners.
- The innovative MobIn Incinerator under the Haki Kwa Kila Dada program attracted USAID funding despite implementation delays following the U.S. government’s stop-work executive orders.
- The Seeds of Kindness program continued its compassionate work, supporting five needy cases.
CACASS moves into another dispensation, having picked lessons and gained milestones across project management and operational sustainability.
